Very responsive, trustworthy staff who look after your things. Note that though the location is right next to the airport, because of the circulation system, it may take just under 20 minutes to get there in taxi, however it is substantially cheaper than using the airport lockers so worth it if you have the time. You can coordinate with Lionel before arriving via whatsapp. He keeps your things safe. I preferred to go during the day for the drop off given the area and it was fine.

Luggage storage in Lima is well located, as it's on the central square of the historic center.

Everything was perfect and clear. Doing the process online makes it even easier. The staff at the shop were also very friendly.

The place was secure, and our information was checked before we left with our suitcases, which was reassuring. The hotel entrance is through a café on Alcanfores Street. We had to look around a bit, but once we found it, we received a very warm welcome.

The store was closed when we arrived and we had to wait more than 30 minutes past opening time. But once we were inside, it was fine. The store doesn't seem to operate as such, but the service was perfect.

Its location near the airport is ideal if you're going to have your luggage stored while traveling to Machu Picchu, for example, as was my case. The area isn't very pleasant, to be honest, but I had no problems with my luggage. The hostess even offers to return it to the airport for an additional fee if agreed upon beforehand. I'm not giving it 5 stars because we agreed on a price for the delivery, and she ended up charging more.

Such a convenient secure place to store your luggage. We had an early check out late flight so this helped us with enjoying our last day in Miraflores and not just sitting at the airport lol. The reception up front was lovely as well. I would highly recommend using this service here ☺️🇵🇪🫶🏻

The location is wonderful, very good service, very fast

Very convenient and cheaper than at the airport. It cost us $20 for three pieces of luggage.

The drop off was quick and easy and the lady was lovely when we picked up our luggage, letting us wait inside and even charge our phones while wishing for our Uber.

It's a 30-minute drive from the airport, but walking is tough. This used to be a hostel. At first glance, it looks closed, but if you press the intercom, a staff member will come right out. I met several staff members, all of whom were friendly. They even lent me Wi-Fi. There's also a cute cat.
