Perfect solution if you need to store your bags for a day! Easy check in process online and very friendly people to help you. This specific location was also inside a very cute store!

I left my baggage for a week and the people were super nice, quick, and ensured my luggage would be safe! I'm very glad to have found out about Bounce because it makes traveling a lot easier when you have to bring a lot of things.

The place is well located, in a commercial area, with a lot of life and feels safe. I delivered my belongings in the morning and in the afternoon I went to take something out and left my things stored again, until I had to go to the airport. Friendly attention from the cashier.

Easy drop-off & pick-up

This was a great option for two of us to store 4 bags for the day when we checked out of a hotel in the morning and our flight didn't leave until late at night. The "storage" is located inside of a tiny candy/snack store. You'll notice the Bounce sign right out front though, so it's very easy to find. The employee of the store was familiar with the Bounce process, and all of it was very simple and easy. You just have to make a reservation online first ( you cannot do so in person), and show a QR code to the employee when you arrive. The gentleman took our bags to the back of the store, that was separated by a curtain. We actually ended up going back to the store 2x during the 12 hours we stored our bags, and the same gentleman was there manning the store the whole time. I felt super safe with our bags, and going back and getting something out of my bag in the middle of the day was so easy as well. Definitely recommend for the price!

I loved it, the person at the reception was very friendly, the place was very nice, they have coffee and delicious things like nuts, coconut oil and peanut or walnut butter. When you arrive with your suitcase, you can use the space to work and eat something delicious or relax before going out for a walk. Excellent location

The location and the cafe are quite accessible. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Very friendly staff. I had a mishap and couldn't get there at closing time, but they waited for me to pick up my suitcase and since I was running out of time they helped me with the transfer to the airport. I totally recommend it.
