Convenient and easy to book. We left our luggage here for about 6 hours but you can change the time frame at anytime which is really nice.

The place was secure, and our information was checked before we left with our suitcases, which was reassuring. The hotel entrance is through a café on Alcanfores Street. We had to look around a bit, but once we found it, we received a very warm welcome.

Such a convenient secure place to store your luggage. We had an early check out late flight so this helped us with enjoying our last day in Miraflores and not just sitting at the airport lol. The reception up front was lovely as well. I would highly recommend using this service here ☺️🇵🇪🫶🏻

Great storage location inside the hotel in a good neighborhood

This was in the Centro Histórico part of Lima which was convenient for our needs as we only had about 6 hours before needing to go to the airport. The guy who met us was helpful and informed us of things to do in the area, a delicious restaurant and the areas that were safe and not safe to go past. The room where they store your luggage was a back room in a small shopping mall like building . My husband was a bit concerned as he expected it to be something else. But I told him to trust the process. Lol everything worked out fine and there were no problems at all.

I recommend taking a taxi, as we were told the neighborhood is somewhat dangerous. Since we arrived early in the morning, we had to wait 5 to 10 minutes for the door to open, but after that, it was fantastic. The service was excellent, and for an extra charge, they even took our luggage to the airport upon request.
