Drop off was super easy and quick. When I had to pick it up, I was short on time so I asked Erika to bring it to the airport for a small fee. She was on time and everything was hassle-free.

Highly recommended. Very easy communication, easy to find. They also offer modest, budget accommodation and help with airport transfer. Really lovely people, was a pleasure to encounter them ☺️

We had a very easy experience with the owner. In the end, she was able to deliver our bags to us at the airport, which saved us time and resources. She was quick and responsive immediately.

Very responsive, trustworthy staff who look after your things. Note that though the location is right next to the airport, because of the circulation system, it may take just under 20 minutes to get there in taxi, however it is substantially cheaper than using the airport lockers so worth it if you have the time. You can coordinate with Lionel before arriving via whatsapp. He keeps your things safe. I preferred to go during the day for the drop off given the area and it was fine.

It's a 30-minute drive from the airport, but walking is tough. This used to be a hostel. At first glance, it looks closed, but if you press the intercom, a staff member will come right out. I met several staff members, all of whom were friendly. They even lent me Wi-Fi. There's also a cute cat.
