The location was close to the station, which was a huge help for me on a day trip, and the staff were friendly, making it convenient to drop off and pick up my luggage!

Vivienne was at a travel agency, and once we realized we had to walk upstairs and knock on the door they couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful! The two women lugged our two very heavy suitcases up the steps with smiles and it was easy to retrieve our luggage as well.

The location was super-convenient, although the waiter who greeted me was unfamiliar with his establishment's participation. But when I showed him my receipt he carried my bags to a secure place upstairs--and then returned them to me outside on the sidewalk instead of leaving me to maneuver my way through the bar.
