Very good service, simple and directly accessible on foot from Saint Roch station and the tram line

Really friendly staff, but a little bit of a wait to be served. Dropping one star as, as others have mentioned, luggage is stored out in the open right by the front door, although a staff member is (usually?) around to keep an eye on it. But gets the job done in a pinch for a very reasonable price.

I hadn't heard of this service before. Very convenient for a long train connection. The hotel staff was very pleasant, and the property is a 3-minute walk from the train station.

Brilliant. Really helpful and friendly. My French isn’t great but they went out of their way to speak English and help. Great experience and definitely recommended.

Good but luggage is just kept in an open space with no locked access. There is a man who is in the space to keep an eye out but that's about the only security. Also, he wasn't checking which bags were being taken out so there is a chance that someone else accidentally or deliberately takes your bags. But still it was convenient and it worked and I had no problems. I'd use it again but might prefer a location with more security and more checking of which bags are being taken out.

Very useful but not very secure

Everything was fine, just a bit of confusion as the location of the shop was next door to the number stated. (Rue de l'aguilleria Montpellier)

It was a very easy drop-off and less than a 10min walk to the train station.

The people who run the operation were very friendly. I would have no reservation in recommending this location.

Very good experience. I recommend it if you have a few hours of connection between two trains with luggage. This allows you to visit Montpellier light.

It was easy to use and my things were there when I returned. My only concern was that my luggage was out in the open and not locked away in a separate room.

My only concern was that my luggage was out in the open and not locked in a room away from other guests. Also, he simply placed a piece of paper on top of only one of my pieces of luggage.

Second time using the luggage storage service, it went well each time. The only small downside in my opinion: the luggage is not kept in lockers, but directly in the hotel lobby.
