Staff were extremely friendly and spoke English for me which was very kind. Would recommend to family and friends and use again myself. Super close to station so didn’t have to carry bags a long way.

It was not very clear that the baggage storage was with the hotel reception. Also, there is no indicator outside of the hotel. But reception staff were friendly and accommodating.
