The location was super close to our Airbnb. The staff was lovely and super helpful. They also allowed us to hang out for a few min in the lobby while we waited for our ride. Overall would use this service and location again.

Cab driver knew where it was. Easy drop of and pick up. Walkable area (with buses and taxis passing by very often.) I ate breakfast upstairs in the hotel restaurant.

The location was very convenient to the bus station and checking in the bags was easy. When we arrived to check out we couldn’t find anyone to help us for about 10 minutes. Maybe it was because we checked out a little earlier than planned? It all worked out in the end.
