Very nice and helpful service, great communication, definitely recommend!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. She was accommodating and genuinely hospitable, and the restroom was clean and well-maintained. She also guided us with directions and thoughtfully provided bottled water when we left in the evening. We would happily recommend this service to our friends if they visit Hanoi.

The one who assisted us was very hospitable and kind. She also let us to use the toilet and it was very clean. She also gave us free water upon leaving. We forgot to asked for her name but I remember she is wearing color red clothes. I would definitely recommend it to my friends if they happen to visit Hanoi.

Outstanding service

Perfect. Convenient, quick, and efficient. Very reliable. We left our suitcase there for five days while we were in Laos. The owners of the gallery are lovely; they even gave us a bottle of water when we returned. The price is very competitive, and the location is perfect. I highly recommend this place for storing your luggage. It's a shame we don't have such a service back home.

Very good service, the lady who runs it is very friendly and helpful. I felt safe leaving my bag there and had no issues so I would recommend for other travellers!

Ms. Yen has been a very big help for us since we came in Old Quarter, Hanoi. She gives away complimentary water bottles to replenish us during our day tour, and parting gifts before we head back home. She also has a shower room that she let us use for 70k VND each before we got on the bus heading to Sapa. She also arranged us transports cheaper than Grab to get us to some of our destinations. She’s always ready to help her clients who needs assistance here in Old Quarter and we’re lucky to know her during our trip here in Vietnam. Definitely will visit her gallery again on our next trip. Truly the GOAT of luggage storing. We left our bags in the middle of the day and told the owner we were going to Sapa later that day by sleeper bus. When we came back to get our luggage she gave us water, tissues to clean our face with and welcomed us to use her bathroom to brush our teeth before departure. TOP TIER!

This service is fantastic. We needed to dump our bags somewhere safe for about 8 hours, found bounce and booked online. The lady at empty wall gallery is so nice. She locked our bags away in a store cupboard. When we returned at night she let us charge all our phones up as we had some time to kill and we talked a lot about each others lives and countries. She is a genuinely lovely, caring and interested person and I highly recommend her business. The service is convenient and well priced.

We went to Hanoi to store our luggage early in the morning. It opens at 7:30 am and is located inside an art gallery. Basically, you just scan a QR code and pay online with your credit card. Our three pieces of luggage cost SGD20 for the whole day.

Fabulous luggage storage spot, the owner is so nice! Our bags were safe here for 4 days while we did the Ha Giang loop. We highly recommend leaving your luggage here if you’re heading out of Hanoi for a bit, or need storage for a few hours!

Very friendly, fast and secure.

I had an overnight bus and my hotel checkout was 12pm. I used the luggage storage facility at Bounce. It is a safe place to keep your luggage. The luggage is handled professionally. Must recommend service for those who want to explore the city without the burden of carring the luggage everywhere.

Great communication, service and quality

i placed my luggage in Empty Wall Gallery. the owner is so nice very friendly and helpful. she even told us a few tips for our trips in hanoi. she provides us a place to wait and a water. and most importantly our luggage is returned without any faulty. its safe and secure.

The staff are attentive and very pleasant. There was absolutely no wait. My bag was handled with great care. A fantastic place!
