Location easy to find, staff very nice and felt secure for the luggage

Highly recommend using this Bounce spot! They lock your bags/luggage up with a key, so I felt like it was totally secure. I ended up coming back multiple times while I was in Vietnam and storing luggage here for multiple days as well as smaller bags for just a few hours. They told us that they just opened an airbnb and if I hadn’t booked a hotel in advance I would have stayed there in a heartbeat. They always give you a bottle of water when you pick up your bags and have a restroom you can use to freshen up, or they even offered us a shower to use before our overnight train. They are also just super kind! 10/10

Everything worked perfectly!

We dropped off our bags to run around for a few hours in between flights. It was easy and seamless. The gallery is run by a cute family. The family helped to get us a car back to the airport, gave us cold water and chatted a bit. Lovely people and would definitely recommend for large bags as well.

The sweet lady who recieved and held our bags was very friendly and helpful. She had very kind energy. Also, thank you for the water :)

Great experience, the most helpful people

Location was great, bags were safe and the location had cameras foe extra reassurance. Thank you Terra Cafe for keeping our items secure!

Everything was good. When I got my bag they told me they would check out for me but they didn’t so I got all these emails telling me to check out myself to avoid additional charges. This part was a bit confusing

Everything went very quickly and smoothly, the place is very easy to access and in great location ☺️

It went great, it’s convenient that you can extend/change the expiration date.

Perfect location, close to train street and easy to wander old quarter from here. Also easy to get to railway station for overnight train. Easy drop off and pick up

Everything was smooth and easy. The hotel staff is super nice and helpful.

Friendly staff, free waters, beautiful art, and they went above and beyond to allow us to come in after hours to pick up and drop off items. Highly recommend this location for luggage storage!

The staff provided excellent service; they were very kind to customers.

The most beautiful family take care of your bags. They even offered us a shower which was so generous. Beautiful art too. Highly recommended and will definitely use this location again in the future!

Everything went great! It was super easy

Amazing service nd even gifted me a bottled water

Really easy super nice customer service also not far from my air bnb

Everything went incredibly smoothly and easily. Both check-in and check-out took a minute. I even received a complimentary bottle of water when I checked out. I left a large suitcase there for a few days. The suitcase arrived undamaged and complete. Nothing was missing, including my laptop. I would definitely use this service again if needed!

We received a very warm welcome and the lady kindly gave each of us a bottle of water. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Hotel is up a flight of stairs but bellhop was great with helping my luggage up.

Lovely service , very friendly staff and minded the bags no issues at all.

The staff are super attentive and kind :) They even waited with us while our transport arrived! Would recommend this spot to anyone

The place was easy to find. The attendant was also very friendly and she recommended us very good food place in hanoi. We will definitely be back here.

Very easy and friendly

A wonderful experience, truly lovely, very easy to access and convenient. Showers are available if needed. Thank you again!

Drop off was very easy to find and checking in the bags was seamless. The owner of the shop is most delightful! We ended up staying for a coffee and having a chat, learning about the local area and we were provided with recommendations on where to go during our short stay.
