The gallery owner is incredibly nice. She's helpful, interested, and accommodating. I completed my online booking on-site and left my large backpack there for a few hours. Since I had just bought a new power bank, I needed to charge it, and she kindly let me leave it there. That was perfect. When I picked up my luggage, I even received a small water bottle for my onward journey. Everything went smoothly. :)

Easy to use and convenient location

Everything went smoothly. The owner was super nice, and we were even able to freshen up in the restroom before our long bus ride. I would definitely use the app again and would happily leave my belongings at the Empty Wall Gallery again. 😊

Excellent service very easy to use and knew bag was very secure

The lady could not be any friendlier. She is really sweet, allows you to freshen up in the restroom, and she even called a local taxi for me that was cheaper than Grab. Your luggage is 100% safe here—I left my expensive freediving gear bag here for over a week, and she retrieved it instantly just by looking at the well-marked tag and confirmed with the QR code. Would highly, highly recommend!

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. She was accommodating and genuinely hospitable, and the restroom was clean and well-maintained. She also guided us with directions and thoughtfully provided bottled water when we left in the evening. We would happily recommend this service to our friends if they visit Hanoi.

The one who assisted us was very hospitable and kind. She also let us to use the toilet and it was very clean. She also gave us free water upon leaving. We forgot to asked for her name but I remember she is wearing color red clothes. I would definitely recommend it to my friends if they happen to visit Hanoi.

Outstanding service

Perfect. Convenient, quick, and efficient. Very reliable. We left our suitcase there for five days while we were in Laos. The owners of the gallery are lovely; they even gave us a bottle of water when we returned. The price is very competitive, and the location is perfect. I highly recommend this place for storing your luggage. It's a shame we don't have such a service back home.
