Best service I had on luggage storage and services! Highly recommended, very helpful and accommodating! Had a problem booking grab(driver cancelled the booking after seeing several luggage) to move the luggage out after we took it from the storage. They (bounce) did extra service completely free to help us bring several luggage to our bus pick up point Thank you for the help! Very tourist friendly service

Nice art gallery. The lady in charge is super friendly and took our luggage for some hours. The only downside is price. I think is expensive for Vietnam

They are very friendly and accommodating. They even helped us transfer our 9 luggages to our next destination. Very helpful indeed even giving recommendations. Also very easy to communicate with. You will never worry about your luggages when you store it with them.

Great staff, lovely space felt secure took pictures of our bags and checked our name for collection. Also offered us tea and some discounts on their spa offerings. Would use again!

Everything was top-notch. It's located inside an art gallery. There's no special sign. Payment is by card only, using a QR code scan. After we picked up our luggage, they even gave us some water for the journey. Thank you for your care and attention.

This my first time dropping off my luggage to a storage place and the experience was really good and smooth process. The staff were lovely and were really accommodating and they made the experience awesome.

We used their luggage service on our last day in Hanoi. The staff were very friendly and even accompanied us to the Graab meeting point which took us to the airport.

The owner of the establishment named Yen (if not mistaken) was extremely helpful. Their service is very outstanding and such a big help for tourists like us who carry a few luggage and wanted to explore Hanoi for a day before going to Sa Pa. I was so happy that I found this service at google. Yen was so accommodating. She welcomed us with a warm smile when we reached there, advise us how to go to train street, gave us a bottle of water, and gave us some tips for our day tour. And when we came back at night, she offered us their toilet in order for us to freshen up and she even helped us to contact the HK Busline office so we can catch our scheduled time. And she even went the extra mile when she asked her husband to drive to the Busline office as we are almost late for our scheduled check-in time. She’s such a blessing in our trip. Thank you so much Yen and to your husband! You made our Hanoi Trip very memorable. Take care always! ♥️

In addition to safely storing our luggage, they also did us the great favor of storing some extra bags on our departure day at no additional cost. Safe place to store your luggage! The staff at the counter are all very friendly and even offered us tea when we popped by to take half our luggage back. 10/10 would recommend.

I was heading to the airport at night, so I left my luggage there from noon until night. Before I left, they offered to lend me a sink to wash off my makeup, asked if I wanted something to drink, and were incredibly kind and considerate. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for luggage storage in Hanoi's Old Quarter.

The lady working there is really really nice. I used it to store my carry-on luggage on the last day of my stay, and she was so kind and warm, letting me use the sink and toilet for free and even arranging for a car to take me to the airport. If you're having trouble finding somewhere to store your luggage in Hanoi, I recommend using this place!

I was heading to the airport at night, so I had them store my luggage from noon until night, and they were extremely accommodating, even letting me use the water tap to wash off my makeup before leaving and offering me a drink.
