Discover Central Station Hanoi luggage storage

Dropping off our luggages were super smooth! We booked at 10am but arrived at 9:30. The staff was sooo nice to allow us to drop off our luggage before 10am. They even allow us to stay at the lounge for a while and helped us when our bus arrived. Thank you so much!

The manager also knows english so it was better. Their guard also waited for us to ride our grab since it was already late at night. Luv it

The staff were very friendly and attentive. They took care of my carry on backpack and personal item size backpack. They helped me find a place for treats I’d be looking for. When I returned they helped load my baggage into the taxi. Would recommend!

Excellent service, very smiley and happy to help. Just dubious my bags weren’t signed out and I got an email telling me I could be subject to late pickup fees

The staff were amazing. So helpful. All went really well. Even the doorman helped us recognise our taxi. Felt very safe leaving bags here. Highly recommend.

The process was quick and easy

Perfect. We stored our 2 big suitcases during the daytime. Both times they where being monitored. Quick scan of the QR code and we we were on our way!

Really easy drop off and pick up. We left a suitcase for 3 days and it was absolutely fine. One thing to note though is that luggage is stored in the lobby not in a separate room so maybe not ideal for storing anything super valuable.

The location is about 10 minutes away from Hanoi train station. The staff was friendly and helpful

Very kind and convenient, just 2min away from the station. We left out luggages here as we had a sleeper train later that day, and it proved excellent!

When I dropped off our bag there was a lack of communication as the person at the hotel lobby did not speak English and could not explain. He took a photo of my QR code. I left the bag with some uncertainty trusted the process based on other reviews. When we returned the bag was there ready to be collected. So all good!!

Easy location and drop off process!

Couldn't recommend this location more! Staff were absolute diamonds, they were so friendly and helpful! They honestly couldn't have done more to help us, from recommending places to eat, helping us get to our bus station, letting us use the loo etc- they were just the best 💚 Great location, short walk from train street and lots of cafes. Absolute sweethearts honestly 💚 Even gave us a gift after gabbing- a mosaic their friends make as a hobby 💚💚

They are very friendly and felt the luggage was safe. Overall I'd highly recommend this place if you are looking to store your luggage and travel around.
