The lady working at drop off/pick up was so lovely, offered water, the use of the bathroom and to leave my bags longer if needed! Everything was super easy and felt secure!

Seamless process, easy to find, and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. She even handed me a bottle of water. Luggage felt Safe and secure and I was in and out for pick up and drop off in less than 2 minutes.

The people here are extremely friendly. Highly recommend

This was an amazing place to drop my luggage for 4 hours. Upon return the owner allowed me time to rest with my belongings, provided me with water AND a poncho. Such a kind person. HAS to be 5 Stars. (The art is also beautiful)

Very easy pickup and drop off process

Very nice and supportive woman. We let our Bags there from morning till the night. As we arrived there it was raining so she let us change our clothes there, gives us a raining coat and brought us with an umberella to our Uber driver.

Cheap and useful storage closeby to Old Quarter (5 mins walk from Hoan Kiem Lake). The lady was super friendly and allowed me to wait inside until my Grab driver picked me up.

Luggage storage was amazing and seamless they even took an extra luggage for me while I explored the city for the day before my Ha Giang Loop tour. When I arrived they allowed me to relax inside the gallery due to the heat and even provided water. The owners are very nice and make you feel welcomed. Awesome experience overall, would not hesitate to recommend them!

It's a really pleasant experience, the owners are super kind and welcoming, and the luggage storage system is very convenient.

Very professional and friendly. They take a photo of your luggage when you drop it off, which is sent to the app. When you arrive, they scan the QR code and give you your bags; they even gave us some complimentary bottles of water.
