Came here to drop off our luggage from the sleeper bus stop! The process was so quick and convenient, with top tier hospitality from the owners! It’s strategically located in the Old Quarter, close to all the stores popular online for shopping in Hanoi. Highly recommend everyone to do the same.

Best hospitality in hanoi

The lady working at drop off/pick up was so lovely, offered water, the use of the bathroom and to leave my bags longer if needed! Everything was super easy and felt secure!

Seamless process, easy to find, and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. She even handed me a bottle of water. Luggage felt Safe and secure and I was in and out for pick up and drop off in less than 2 minutes.

This was an amazing place to drop my luggage for 4 hours. Upon return the owner allowed me time to rest with my belongings, provided me with water AND a poncho. Such a kind person. HAS to be 5 Stars. (The art is also beautiful)

Very easy pickup and drop off process

Very nice and supportive woman. We let our Bags there from morning till the night. As we arrived there it was raining so she let us change our clothes there, gives us a raining coat and brought us with an umberella to our Uber driver.
