Luggage storage Near Hanoi Old Quarter

Great experience! Communication with the host was excellent. We dropped off our bags around 11 AM and returned later to shower. The process was easy, and the showers were clean, with great water pressure, hot water, soap, and shampoo. The host also provided fresh towels. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Perfect. Extremely flexible. The person who collected my luggage and returned it to me was incredibly kind. Truly lovely, she offered to let me wait for my Grab and even gave me a bottle of water. If I hadn't had a flight to catch, I'd still be there :)

The owner was incredibly kind! She offered us free restrooms, brought us water, and provided excellent travel tips. You can use the store link on Google Maps to directly order baggage handling services. Online credit card payments are also accepted. Next time I come, I'll find this store when I look for the art gallery! Highly recommended!

We received a very warm welcome and the lady kindly gave each of us a bottle of water. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Exceptional service and wonderful hospitality! The lady in charge was incredibly kind and attentive throughout the entire experience. From the moment you drop off your luggage, she takes a photo and sends it to you for peace of mind. When you return to pick it up, she even offers you water and invites you to sit down and repack your belongings if you're heading somewhere else. She also kindly allowed me to relax in the gallery while I waited for my taxi to the airport. It's these thoughtful little gestures that make all the difference. Truly exceptional service and genuine hospitality. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend this place! The owner is really nice, friendly, and approachable. We stayed for quite a while to arrange our things and had a lovely chat with her. She even offered us water when we first arrived and again when we came back. Such a warm and welcoming experience. Highly recommended! ❤️

It was perfect, they were very attentive and friendly. They even gave us water and took our suitcases to the door.

The experience is very nice, easy drop off and pick up. You can even get a shower for a small extra payment, and the staff was very nice to give us some water so we did not have to look for a store.
