Leaving our luggage here was the best decision! The owner was incredibly kind, accommodating, and helpful. She gave us water, and we were even able to access our luggage to repack our backpacks for the next leg of our journey. We would definitely come back here again and are simply very happy and grateful.

A really lovely family. A great place to leave your things and spend some time in the city. We were offered water when we picked up our luggage and were allowed to use the restroom. Highly recommended.

The drop off and pick up was so easy! I also had to change suitcases and she let me do unpack and repack right there in her shop. I am so thankful for that. She also gave me snacks and water ❤

had an amazing experience here dropping off our bags before a day in hanoi. they took care of all our things so well and even brought us water when we came to pick up our bags. we also had a lovely conversation with the staff member who was present at our pick up. overall amazing service and staff!!!

The process is really easy and the service is great. The owner is one of the kindest person we ever met in Vietnam, super friendly, she let us use the bathroom and talked a lot with us in the mean time about our travel in Vietnam. Truly a wonderful person.

The owner is a dream. We had to leave that evening, and she practically hosted us in her home, letting the five of us shower (at a very fair price) and making sure we left feeling clean and rested.

We were treated wonderfully; the woman who owns the gallery is lovely. She let us use the restroom and gave us two bottles of water. She speaks perfect English and is very accommodating. 100% recommended. We'll definitely be back.

The owner is incredibly kind. She gave us water when we collected our luggage and suggested we freshen up in the bathroom. You can also browse some beautiful paintings while waiting for a taxi. I highly recommend it.
