Luggage storage Near Hanoi Old Quarter

The staff were very kind and introduced us to a taxi to the airport that was large enough for seven people with five suitcases. They also told us about a nearby currency exchange with a good rate and let us wait at the store until everyone in our group had arrived. They were very nice people. I would definitely use their services again.

Everything was perfect: the service was excellent, and the people who served us were extremely attentive and charming. It was a real pleasure to have met them. I highly recommend this place, without a doubt!

A more prominent signage of Bounce will be helpf. We took 15 mins to look for the exact shop on that street.

The entrance looks like an art gallery and makes you wonder, but the label on the door indicates the luggage claim service. The staff is extremely friendly. The woman is a delight. Great location. Fast and convenient. Everything was perfect. I recommend it 100%.

Not only did they store my luggage for me, but the staff were also very kind and helped me break the padlock that I had locked inside and couldn't open. I also enjoyed talking to them about my trip. I'd like to use them again when I visit Hanoi.

Location of bag storage is ideal for people who plan to explore around the Old Quarters. Once you drop off the bags, they take images and tag them so that no mix ups are ever made. Their service are fast and efficient so your day won't be delayed.
