So great! Staff so friendly and helpful! Even let us use the toilet and sit in the lobby for a while as we were waiting to for our sleeper bus! The man that works there is so sweet and helpful! He helped us bring our bags out to the Main Street and waited with us for our grab to come which was about 15 minutes! Defo book there, you get more than just luggage storage ☺️

This my first time dropping off my luggage to a storage place and the experience was really good and smooth process. The staff were lovely and were really accommodating and they made the experience awesome.

We used their luggage service on our last day in Hanoi. The staff were very friendly and even accompanied us to the Graab meeting point which took us to the airport.

Safe place to store your luggage! The staff at the counter are all very friendly and even offered us tea when we popped by to take half our luggage back. 10/10 would recommend.
