Luggage storage Near P. Lý Quốc Sư

No fuss place. Luggage stored and retrieved without any issues.

Super friendly stuff

This is my first time using Bounce. We booked a Bounce location near the bus station in Old Quarters and it was so convenient. The location was great. It was located around many nearby shops and restaurants. Also, once we were there, both the drop off and the pick up was done seamlessly. All I had to do was to show the QR code and they accomodated us quickly. Everything was done in a few minutes. We did not have to worry about our baggage for the remaining hours. Overall, totally recommend using Bounce especially if you have not booked any stay. It will free you of the need to take care of your luggage wherever you go. 🤗

Really friendly hosts, went above and beyond for what they were offering. Cheap and safe place to store luggage.

Excellent service

Easy drop off and collection - they were always contactable and kind! The location is down an alley but they give clear instructions on how to get there! I recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent service. If there are more than five stars, I would give to this place. I would definitely recommend anyone to use this service at this place. Very easy drop off and pick up the luggage. The staff girl who were helping us went above and beyond our expectations. She is so wonderful. She is so helpful and give us a wonderful experience. Thank you so much for an excellent service.

So great! Staff so friendly and helpful! Even let us use the toilet and sit in the lobby for a while as we were waiting to for our sleeper bus! The man that works there is so sweet and helpful! He helped us bring our bags out to the Main Street and waited with us for our grab to come which was about 15 minutes! Defo book there, you get more than just luggage storage ☺️

Staff was very friendly and accommodating

Great communication & storage! We had a great experience and left a bag here whilst we went away for a weekend so we didn’t have to lug our stuff with us. Would highly recommend.

This my first time dropping off my luggage to a storage place and the experience was really good and smooth process. The staff were lovely and were really accommodating and they made the experience awesome.

We used their luggage service on our last day in Hanoi. The staff were very friendly and even accompanied us to the Graab meeting point which took us to the airport.

Safe place to store your luggage! The staff at the counter are all very friendly and even offered us tea when we popped by to take half our luggage back. 10/10 would recommend.
