Awesome service. Bags are held in the company’s headquarters which is on the third floor of an ordinary apartment building. No one has access except them. I let them know when I was arriving and picking up and they accommodated me with ease!

I had a good experience and my bags were stored effectively. However i do think maybe the bags could be more securely stored, as they were only behind a curtain.

I stored my bag at this location for a few hours in mid-August. The location is the reception of a hotel and your bag is kept in front of the counter where the public can see it. I was a bit worried about that but the reception person could not have been more helpful. She assured me that she would be there the whole time and if she went out, she would be locking the door to the hotel. When I came back my bag was exactly where I left it so there really was nothing to worry about. Additionally the staff member helped me with lots of information, even calling a taxi company to confirm the current price to the airport. So yes, I highly recommend this place.

I used Hotel Cara to watch my large bag while I explored Skopje before my later night flight. It was easy to drop off and pick up. It was stored next to the check in counter so staff were around to watch it; if it was a locked away place I would have given five stars, but nothing negative about the experience.
