Top ratedThe entire experience was fine and went easy. The store owner communicated easily with me when I wanted to come get my bag earlier. So everything went fine but it seems like the bags should be stored in a back room not visible to store visitors. But nothing happened to the bag so I don’t have a complaint. Thanks

Kept all my bags safe and secured. I had a 9pm flight but had to come at 630 to pick it up. Wish it was open later but it’s a kids place so i get it. Overall a great experience

Top ratedThis was AMAZING! We needed a place to store our bags after checking out of our hotel. We had a huge window of time before our flight and wanted to explore Disney Springs without our bags. Scheduled same day through the bounce app. The staff at UPS was SO quick and kind and accommodating. If you don’t have a car to store your bags this is 👌🏼 fantastic. So nice to enjoy the remaining hours of our trip without hauling all our stuff.

Top ratedGood signage to find the front from an Uber. Great location it was easy to use for going to Disney Springs. I was a lil concerned cuz I didn't get a ticket or anything that was tagged to my bag as I have in other places but the guy there was cool. It was empty so we didn't have to interact with anyone but him. Scanned my QR code at drop off & pick up- all good. I'd use again!

Top ratedthis might have just been the day and we understand having issues , but we were set to drop off when the store opened at 8:30, and the store was late to open. not a huge deal, but we did have an uber waiting on us. other than that, it was super easy, convenient, and staff was amazing

The luggage storage was super easy to book and the lady who stored our bags was lovely. Some reviews were that it was difficult to find the location but the confirmation clearly said it was at the smoke shop so we headed to the address provided and dropped off 10 bags for the day. We then headed off to spend a day in one of the theme parks, later returning to collect our luggage and make our way to the airport. Would definitely recommend this bounce location / store (many others were closed on a Sunday)
