We used Bounce to store our 6 suitcases and 2 overstuffed backpacks after getting off a cruise. Our flight didn’t leave until evening and we wanted to walk around Disney Springs to pass the time. I didn’t even know about Bounce before this trip, and I’m so glad I found them. The app and online reservation process was easy and fast, and getting there was easy too. I will say…the outside makes you second guess your decision 😂 It’s a pot shop more than a cigar shop, but they were super friendly, had the iPad out and ready to check me in, put luggage tags on each item, gave us our torn off verification piece to keep, and locked them up in a secure room. Super friendly young guy helped us, and I would recommend to anyone needing a safe place to drop luggage off for a day! Thanks for making our day easier!

Everything was great! Our flight got delayed so we had to reschedule our departure, had to come early for the bags, but the staff got our bags immediately!

Able to drop off luggage to be stored for the day while we hung out in Orlando for the day. Excellent customer service; due to disembarking our cruise earlier in the morning than expected, our Uber arrived to the luggage drop off earlier than expected… they accommodated an earlier drop off, enabling us to be luggage free for the day. Luggage was safe and sound, undisturbed when we got back…all for a reasonable price. Thank you for providing this service!

Kept all my bags safe and secured. I had a 9pm flight but had to come at 630 to pick it up. Wish it was open later but it’s a kids place so i get it. Overall a great experience
