Good service if you have a layover and you don't want to hang on to your bags.. You know you still have to rideshare to destination drop off bags and ride share back but depending on your situation it might be worth it

Friendly; easy and safe. Drop off and pickup were smooth, everything that was left with them was in the same condition as pickup.

11/10 guys are very friendly and kind. It was a really hot day. We were allowed to wait inside for our Lyft, I would definitely recommend and use this location next time I’m in Orlando. Process was easy and smooth, conveniently close to Disney. It was perfect. Thank you

Great place to store your luggage. Easy in and out and very affordable. Stored my 2 suitcases and two other smaller bags there while we went to seaworld for the day.

The pick up and drop off process was easy. It was great to not have to worry about our things while exploring the city.

Staff was very friendly and professional but I thought I would be putting my stuff in a locker. Just handing it over knowing any of the staff could go thru my bags was weird.

Very quick and easy drop off and pick up. The UPS stores seem to be higher priced than other locations so the value isn't all that great. We paid $32 total for three suitcases for about five hours. That's a little pricey.

THIS SERVICE WAS SIMPLY AMAZING AND IT SAVED MY LIFE WHEN IT CAME TO STORING MY BAG. THIS WAS AN EASY APP TO USE AND THE STORE WAS AMAZING. VERY SMOOTH PROCESS.
