we used this bounce location after checking out of our hotel and then going on a cruise. we didn't want to take all out suit cases onto the cruise so we left 4 with bounce. Really easy to use, dropped them off & picked them up smoothly. would defo use again.

Everything was great. Very friendly. The location is very convenient, as there's a public parking lot next door if you have a vehicle.

1st time using this service, had a great experience with the staff and ease of the website! I will be using this service again for sure!

Easy drop off and pick up process which was very convenient for a Disney Springs day on our last day in Orlando. We made a stop in the uber both on the way to Disney and MCO. The staff was friendly and all of our belongings were in tact. Just a heads up, this location is in a smoke shop, but it was very clean and I never felt uncomfortable. Would definitely use this service again.

Amazing experience, they saved us late at night before we had to leave our hotel for a short trip and the hotel wouldn't store our Luggage. Thank you very much and will recommend your location to anyone! And thanks to Linda for being the best 😊

Easy, trustworthy, close to Disney Springs. Super easy to drop and pick up luggage.

Can't believe I hadn't heard of this service before. Paid $7+change for each bag and worked out perfectly timed with our hotel checkout. We dropped off bags and spent several hours at Disney Springs before our Uber to our flight. Super fast check-in and out!

Smooth drop off and pick up process. It was a great way to store my bags for several hours so I could walk to Disney Springs to spend some time before my late afternoon flight!
