Easy experience and staff was super nice

Smooth and quick service.

Location was clean and the person who helped us was friendly and professional. Rates were reasonable and the location was very accommodating. It was a bit further from Disney Springs than expected (we weren't able to view until we booked it), but it was still worth it and we would've done it regardless. About a 10 minute ride in a $15 Lyft to spend a few hours at DS while waiting for our flight home.

Super easy. My luggage was safe there and the guy was super nice! First time using this service and it was simple and easy.

Great location close to Disney & just off the I-4. It's about 20 minutes from MCO Terminal C but is along the toll road! Left 2 cases for 5 nights whilst we did a road trip to the keys in Mustang so hence using Bounce. Would definitely use this location again

The pick up and drop off process was easy. It was great to not have to worry about our things while exploring the city.

We had an issue with the code process but the shop was great. The young lady was a calming presence.

Staff was very friendly and professional but I thought I would be putting my stuff in a locker. Just handing it over knowing any of the staff could go thru my bags was weird.

Very quick and easy drop off and pick up. The UPS stores seem to be higher priced than other locations so the value isn't all that great. We paid $32 total for three suitcases for about five hours. That's a little pricey.

THIS SERVICE WAS SIMPLY AMAZING AND IT SAVED MY LIFE WHEN IT CAME TO STORING MY BAG. THIS WAS AN EASY APP TO USE AND THE STORE WAS AMAZING. VERY SMOOTH PROCESS.
