we used this bounce location after checking out of our hotel and then going on a cruise. we didn't want to take all out suit cases onto the cruise so we left 4 with bounce. Really easy to use, dropped them off & picked them up smoothly. would defo use again.

Everything was great. Very friendly. The location is very convenient, as there's a public parking lot next door if you have a vehicle.

Easy drop off and pick up process which was very convenient for a Disney Springs day on our last day in Orlando. We made a stop in the uber both on the way to Disney and MCO. The staff was friendly and all of our belongings were in tact. Just a heads up, this location is in a smoke shop, but it was very clean and I never felt uncomfortable. Would definitely use this service again.

This service is reliable, fast, and most importantly, safe! We used Bounce to store our large luggage throughout the weekend while we went on a cruise. This is a great option if you are coming from or going to the parks after your cruise, as you might have some restricted items not allowed on the ship.
