This is a great location for utilizing the Bounce app. It is located right next to the Atocha train station which is a convenient location to leave a bag before leaving town as well as a good location to pick it up upon re-entry. I will probably use this location again when I leave to Paris.

Staff are absolutely great friendly and helpful. Lost 1 star as I wasn’t expecting to have to carry our bags up 2 flights of stairs.. my parents are both elderly so me and my husband had to carry up 4 - 50lbs bags all the way up. (Note one lady did help us bring one of the bags down after which was greatly appreciated)

Great location right next to stadium. We used it whist attending a real madrid game. No issues and they make you take a photo of your luggage for safety. Also a good shop to pick up a few essentials like water and snacks
