  • Drop-off/pick-up process was smooth and easy. It is a souvenir shop, but the luggages are safely stored away in locked room. The owners are super nice. The location of the store is unbeatable, a few meters away from Plaza del Sol. I recommend it.

  • It was amazing! I initially left my suitcase for two days, but through the app I decided to extend the pickup time because it was impossible for me to pick it up on time due to changes in my trip. You simply extend the pickup date and that's it. I arrived and picked it up. Very helpful.

  • The hotel is just one street away from the main drag. SUPER convenient and easy to find. Because there was a major event going on in the square, the manager even helped us figure out an alternative way to get to the train station without our planned taxi!
