Discover Prado Museum luggage storage

It's a shop, and they store your luggage in the warehouse. It seems safe, being a store that sells mostly luxury items. Although the girl who checked us in could have been a bit friendlier. That's why I'm giving it four stars.

They responded immediately and kindly. I highly recommend them.

Everything was perfect, the girl was very friendly. I dropped off and picked up my suitcase very quickly; the process is very simple. It's a perfect location for visiting the Prado Museum.

It's on the 3rd floor. There's an elevator. Everything was fine with my luggage. They kept it very safe. Everything was secure.

It couldn't be easier. You arrive at the building, go up to the third floor where "Pensión Universal" is located. You show them the code, some lovely people help you, and everything is in order. It's centrally located and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Very simple delivery/collection process

Since I was taking an overnight train and also needed to visit the Sofia Museum, I decided to drop off my luggage there. The owner here is very kind. When dropping off or picking up your luggage, just show the QR code from the Bounce app; they will attach a number tag, take a photo, and store your bags. I recommend using this service if you have a lot of luggage.

The location was a cafetaria. The check in and checkout was seamless and hassle free. The customer service was excellent

Central location, very friendly staff, and secure luggage. Highly recommended.

App said collect up to 2230 but when checking in at cafe it came back 1700, but the staff did agree to go to 1800. Perhaps don't use if you want to collect later. When returning to collect, did notice door to area where bags were stored was open (it's in public area of cafe,) but all was fine and bags ok.
