The location was perfect from where I was staying, the staff were very friendly, and my suitcase was very well protected! It's the first time I've used the service and I'll definitely use it again. I highly recommend this place!

Everything was super convenient. The service was excellent. The location is super central and full of taxis. The young man at the Chinese shop was very polite and helpful. I would definitely return! He really helped me enjoy my trip without having to drag my suitcases around!

Perfect spot, reasonably close to the train station. The employees were very friendly, spoke both english and spanish. Definitely a flow of drop offs and pick ups while we were gone (3-4hrs) so it seems like a popular drop off place. Everything was safe there while we were gone and we took a few minutes outside of the restaurant to rearrange some things and go on our way. Would definitely recommend this place and will use it again if we end up back in Madrid!

A bit confusing to find it. This place actually is an asian restaurant Shenxien sushi bar & poke, so just turn the corner! Reasonable prices, good location and very friendly owner! From Russia with love!

Good service upon arrival for the luggage

Fairly close to the train station, helpful manager. Easy pick up. All bag’s were well-cared for. Price was reasonable. Finding these businesses can be a little confusing, if you are looking for a “luggage storage” business. They are actually places whose primary business is other than luggage. They just have extra space at their business to store luggage.

Was a bit worried it wouldn't be open as we chose the earliest time to check in but was only 2 min late so we were very happy. Super easy to use.

This place is located inside a beautiful cafe called La Puerta Europea. The staff is very kind and helpful. For a first time Bounce user, I have the process extremely easy. I only had to show the QR code, place my bags in the secure room. They were each individually tagged and I was told to click a picture as well for reference. During pickup, I showed my QR code again and then collected my bags by showing the picture. It was as easy as that. Also, the cafe serves great food and drinks. So, surely a great place to sit and dine.

The place is a restaurant and bar where you can leave your luggage and head out to explore the city. It's located very close to the Chamartín train station in the Plaza de Castilla area, where you can easily access the metro and several bus lines. The place is very neat and clean, and the staff were very friendly.

Excellent experience, I would definitely repeat it.
