Great place to leave your luggage very close to Chamartín, 10 minutes walking. They open at noon and the staff is very friendly.

It’s an Asian restaurant and it’s cheap and was safe for us. Friendly staff. Food was quick, tasty and cheap. Access from Charmaine is winding path behind sixt and Avis carhire.

Thanks to this site we have been able to enjoy a day in Madrid without suitcases, it was very good for us since there were no lockers at the Chamartin station. Very good treatment from the boys. For those who say it doesn't exist, they send you the location when you reserve and pay for it.

The guy was helpful at the storage place and created space for our 2 bikes (in bags) plus 4 other bags.

Everything was great!! We will definitely use the service again when we are in Madrid!

It's right in the corner a little bit down!!! The owner is very friendly. Just don't expect the typical business where leaving your suitcase is a different business. Without a doubt, if I go to Chamartín again and need a place to leave my suitcase, I have no doubt that I will return!!!

Everything was ok, we arrived, left our suitcases and then picked them up without any problems or delays.

Did not open until 12. But very helpful. 15 mins walk. Left Luggage at Chamartin Railway station is currently closed. I would recommend booking in bounce then taxi up to this location

It is strategically located, but is not a locked place for storage.

Kindness and good treatment

It's in a cafe, there are almost no signs of it, you just need to walk into this cafe and ask for it. I didn't have to make a reservation but maybe that's because they were almost empty. Anyways I'm not sure there are any automation, you just simply leave your baggage to a waitress, yes I got a ticket. Regardless, it was quite convenient and fast.

I was able to book last minute and the guy was friendly. You don’t get to see the actual location until you book, but while he’s always on guard and the bags are stored in the back booths of the restaurant, it’s slightly concerning but really, totally fine.
