It’s an Asian restaurant and it’s cheap and was safe for us. Friendly staff. Food was quick, tasty and cheap. Access from Charmaine is winding path behind sixt and Avis carhire.

Thanks to this place, we were able to enjoy a day in Madrid without our luggage. It was perfect since there were no luggage lockers at Chamartín station. The staff were very helpful. For those saying it doesn't exist, they send you the location after you book and pay.

It's right on the corner, just a little way down! The owner is very friendly. Just don't expect your typical luggage storage place; it's something different. Without a doubt, if I go back to Chamartín and need somewhere to leave my luggage, I'll definitely be back!

Did not open until 12. But very helpful. 15 mins walk. Left Luggage at Chamartin Railway station is currently closed. I would recommend booking in bounce then taxi up to this location

It's in a cafe, there are almost no signs of it, you just need to walk into this cafe and ask for it. I didn't have to make a reservation but maybe that's because they were almost empty. Anyways I'm not sure there are any automation, you just simply leave your baggage to a waitress, yes I got a ticket. Regardless, it was quite convenient and fast.

I was able to book last minute and the guy was friendly. You don’t get to see the actual location until you book, but while he’s always on guard and the bags are stored in the back booths of the restaurant, it’s slightly concerning but really, totally fine.
