Extremely convenient, just a 2-minute walk from the Nuevos Ministerios metro station – Agustin de Betancourt exit – it's right across the street. The staff were very friendly; we left our luggage there with complete confidence. However, be sure to check the tobacconist's opening days and hours.

Great location for dropping off luggage next to the Nuevos Ministerios metro station, which provides a direct connection to the airport on line 8. There's a tobacconist just outside on Ourense Street, after Decathlon. The ladies there are very friendly. All I had to do was click the code from the email to drop off and pick up my suitcase.

Staff were lovely and so helpful. Drop off and pick up were seamless over we had the app installed and booking made. With the help of Google translate the jay in the shop helped us with everything. Was a little hard to find as it's hiding as a tobacco shop with no obvious signs for the storage.

Excellent location. I expected to find lockers, but it was in a store space. There was no problem at all; I would use it again.

quick and easy on both drop off and pickup

Robiko Cafeteria in Madrid is a comfortable place to drop off and pick up luggage. The staff is extremely friendly. In my personal experience, it's safe and super convenient because it's near the metro station that connects to the circular line. You can also grab a bite to eat while you're there or order takeout. The service through the Bounce app is very convenient.

Four stars given for the good location, close to the metro. Staff were helpful and we ate a tasty breakfast there. Smoothies recommended! Five stars not given because the bags were ‘whisked away’ into the back but we couldn’t see exactly where they were placed - were they stored safely, away from food and drink and from where people could trip over them? Were they stored securely - in a locker, a box with a padlock, a cupboard? We don’t know! No issues on collection but it would have been good to see exactly where they were being kept.
