  • The people of Tabaco Estanco 216 were very helpful and understanding. I came a bit 10 minutes early and it was no problem for them. Since it was my first time going aroung alone in that part of Madrid, I miscalculated the time and got back an hour later than the agreed pick-up time. That wasn’t a problem for them either and the very kind lady was very helpful and wished me the best for the rest of my trip.

  • It's located just meters from the Nuevo Ministerios metro station, where you can take line 8 (L8 - pink) and get to Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport (T1, T2, T3, and T4) in less than 20-25 minutes. Unlike other luggage storage facilities, they have continuous hours and don't close after lunch. Courteous, punctual, helpful...and they speak perfect Italian! TOP
