When I tried to pick up my suitcase in the afternoon, there was a huge group of guests waiting to check in at the hotel and only one person working at the front desk. I waited at least 15 minutes to get my luggage (the second person started her shift and helped me). If you need to get to the airport to catch a flight soon, I would suggest you leave enough time for your luggage collection.
