Luggage storage in a secure room in the basement of the hostel.

The people who helped us were super friendly, everything was fine when we went to pick up our bags. And the app was very easy to use.

The first time I checked in, they were very friendly. The only problem was when I had to retrieve my luggage. The luggage storage area is in the basement, and there are only stairs leading down. There's no elevator. So, I had to carry my heavy 20kg luggage up and down the stairs to the basement. The staff member who first checked in was very kind and even helped carry our luggage. However, when it came time to collect my luggage, they simply guided me to the basement and didn't help me with my luggage. They even went up the stairs by themselves. I paid for the luggage storage service, but I don't understand why I have to carry it all the way to the hotel's designated luggage storage area. If you have very heavy luggage, or if you're a woman, please consider this before leaving. Honestly, I was really shocked that the staff member went up the stairs by himself when I was retrieving my luggage. And was there really no elevator to the basement?

The OK Hostel staff was very friendly when we used the luggage storage. We found it very secure, as the room is locked separately from the hostel guests' luggage. They gave us plenty of time to pack our backpacks and let us use the bathrooms. It's true that we had backpacks, so we didn't have any issues with the stairs down to the basement to store our luggage. Everything was great, and it's very central. I will definitely stay here again.

This place is located on a beatiful store with great art pieces. The storage was quick and efficient. There were no problems. Very happy with the service.
