I left my suitcase at this luggage storage facility and the experience was excellent. The place was very easy to find, and they even helped me with the app when I had any questions. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and professional both when dropping off and picking up my suitcase. The whole process was quick and convenient. I definitely recommend it.

Friendly staff, safe and fast service. You can pick up your suitcases using a photo. Ideal place to take the metro/taxi to the airport afterwards. The shop has long opening hours, even on national holidays. Highly recommended.

I put in the reservation on the Bounce app, paid on the same app, dropped off the two big suitcases, the person scanned my IQR and letf them. I was skeptical about it cause you didn’t get a tag or anything to identify them but when I came back they scanned my IQR again and gave me my luggage as I left them. I didn’t even put any locks but I wouldn’t leave anything of value there. It is a bit pricey, I paid over 60 euros for 5 days in Madrid. If you can look for other sites that might be more affordable.

For all art buffs traveling to Madrid and need a place to store luggage, this little gem is a fantastic place in the most strategic location. We visited the Museo del Prado with the 5 hour layover we had in Madrid and all thanks to this wonderful storage service. Easy, breezy, convenient and very reasonably priced.
