The place was great. The only issue, nothing serious, is that it's right in the city center and there was construction going on those days. But it's very close to Puerta del Sol and the metro and commuter rail station. The service was friendly and the place was well maintained.

Wow this is such a great way to leave behind some of your luggage and explore your destination without the burden of lugging that stuff around. Ideal for long layovers !or early arrivals and your hostel or hotel doesn’t have a luggage storage area!

The drop off and pick up was really easy. The application also was really easy, and more that Airbnb suggested the place. The lady at the place was very attentive and andwer all of our questions. 300% recommended.

Location was perfect. We got off the Metro and stopped for a coffee. I used the app to locate the nearest drop off point which turned out to be right opposite us. Drop off was easy, they didn't need the QR code just the name it was booked under. They attached numbers to the bag and then we took a picture as proof. We picked up the bags several hours later after walking around central Madrid by showing them the picture of the tickets.

1. The location is excellent—right next to Puerta del Sol and public transportation. 2. The luggage storage is inside a souvenir shop. The staff are very friendly. They attach a numbered tag to each piece of luggage and ask you to take a photo as proof. The luggage is stored in the basement, which feels very secure. 3. Both drop-off and pick-up are quick and easy. Highly recommended!
