  • This luggage storage service is incredibly convenient when visiting Madrid and you don't want to carry your suitcases around. The location is perfect, just steps from Plaza Mayor and very well connected by metro. The online booking process is very easy, and the staff at the partner establishment are very friendly and efficient. The price is very competitive and well worth it to be able to enjoy the center of Madrid without the weight of your luggage. The lockers are secure and spacious. Highly recommended for tourists.

  • It was easy to store my luggage, no issues at all. Easily accessible location. I asked if I could store de luggage for an extra hour if needed, and it was okay (I didn’t need it after all).

  • Easy drop off easy pick up, convenient location. We booked our drop off for 10:am, arrived a few minutes early and the business was not open, but did open at 10:00. I could not find their hours and was unsure if Bounce would let me make a reservation if the time was not available. First time using Bounce, would use again if needed.
