Luggage storage in Madrid located inside a place that sells items. Friendly and helpful staff, safe and reliable. Low price compared to other lockers in the area, with around €6 you can leave your suitcase all day.

Friendly and easy.

The store was great but the Bounce experience was not seamless. I got the impression that this would be a unique to Bounce locker system but it’s just a tourist shop. There is a small and sad looking Bounce sign just outside the store. To access my QR code they asked me to download their app, of course I got logged out of my App Store so couldn’t download the app. It’s also strange as this service is for travellers - who wants to download another app or do this while using precious data? I finally managed to see my QR code from the email. I’d prefer to just find a storage space myself next time - Bounce didn’t make it easier or cheaper!

Drop-off and pick-up were unproblematic. The lady was very nice and helpful.

It was a Chinese store but they kept our suitcases in a separate room where no one had access so it seemed very safe to me

It's not really a locker, but simply a luggage storage room in a travel store. I didn't book online, but paid 5 euros at the checkout for a small suitcase. My luggage was safe and sound.
