They can stow away up to 50 bags per day in a safe spot with 24/7 support. Make sure you book in advance because it's the perfect way to stash your bags in Madrid, with up to €10,000 bag protection. Once you've secured your booking, simply present it at the location, and hand over your bags to the Bounce Partner. It's as simple as that!

Storage itself was secure and clean. Overall excellent experience and we were able to enjoy the city pre check in without our bags!

  • The staff at this hostel were so friendly and welcoming. The check in process was really easy and our luggage was stored securely in a locked room. Absolutely no complaints, thank you!! However, the app did say I needed to book in advance so I was charged the €6 day fee per item, and was told when we got there that we could have paid on site which is €6 per item for the day or €1 per item per hour. Wasn't significantly different for us but worth to note. Thank you!!

  • Excellent service, I think the girl's name is Agna. They let us use the bathroom, fill our thermos with hot water, and gave us maps to help us start our day. The place is very well located and has private rooms for family groups too. Of course, I went to pick up my luggage and there were no problems at all. Highly recommended!

  • Wonderful staff, beautiful and comfortable facility. We only had to store our bags, but they were super nice. The facility is modern and centrally located. If we return to Madrid, we'll also consider accommodations there.

  • It's very easy to book online. The location is in a very clean hostel where luggage is stored securely in a dedicated room. You're asked to take a photo of your luggage, and then the staff member asks to see the photo when you pick it up. They offer a very warm welcome in French and English if you don't speak Spanish.
