The people who helped us were super friendly, everything was fine when we went to pick up our bags. And the app was very easy to use.

The OK Hostel staff was very friendly when we used the luggage storage. We found it very secure, as the room is locked separately from the hostel guests' luggage. They gave us plenty of time to pack our backpacks and let us use the bathrooms. It's true that we had backpacks, so we didn't have any issues with the stairs down to the basement to store our luggage. Everything was great, and it's very central. I will definitely stay here again.

We stored our luggage at OK Hostel during the dramatic Spain power outage. The people there were extremely kind, helpful and allowed us to use their restrooms when we had access to nowhere else. Can’t say enough thanks to them for their kindness during a stressful time!
