Everything was perfect! I highly recommend it!

Excellent, good service.

Easy to access, friendly staff. Enter through automatic door and ask for assistance at the desk

Friendly, quick process and reliable: everything in order

Excellent service and attention. I loved it, and I'll definitely use the service again.

Very convenient to our location and open on Sunday early morning when we arrived. The staff was very friendly, and the process to check in and out was extremely fast.

We left two large 23kg suitcases at the Hotel Regente Madrid through Bounce while traveling through Spain and Portugal. Communication with the hotel staff was excellent, both when dropping off and picking up the suitcases. The whole process was clear, quick, and easy. A very practical solution for traveling lighter. Highly recommended!

My first time using this luggage storage system and the experience was excellent. The process is very convenient, quick, and secure. Furthermore, the storage location was in a hotel, perfectly suited to our needs, and the staff were very friendly and efficient. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Excellent location, and the service was great both when dropping off and picking up luggage. It's a hotel, open 24 hours, fantastic.

It is as seamless as the dropoff.

Very peaceful. The hotel staff are polite and assertive.

I used Bounce through the app, the experience was excellent, 2 suitcases for 11 days, fast delivery and receipt, we will use it again.
