Drop off/pick up was an easy, quick process. Definitely appreciated the 24 hr window because I had to leave them early in the morning and other locations didn’t open until at least 9am.

A very good experience. The app is very easy to use, and the hotel where I left my luggage was incredibly friendly. I will definitely use it again; I find it very useful that your flights don't depend on whether you leave your hotel early, allowing you to continue enjoying your destination.

We had a late night flight and early morning airbnb check out so this worked perfectly for us. Its a hotel and is so easy to use, took us minutes to drop off our bags and they are locked away in a room just off of the reception

I had a great experience with both drop off and pick up. This location is a hotel, so the have a 24/7 security/front desk person and locked room for the bags.
