The service was very friendly; you order through the app and can pay through it or at the restaurant. A good point.

The Bounce app helped me find this location which was convenient and easy to find. The manager of the store was very professional and courteous. He asked for the QR code and was aware of my booking. He explained that I needed to show the same code when I return. Even though he recognised me (just 3 hours later) he asked me for my name, just to double check. This was very reassuring as was the fact that the shop is only a small space with a locked door to a back room where my luggage was securely stored. I will certainly use this particular store in the future as I feel confident in the professionalism of the manager.

Not gonna lie, was very worried about the safety of leaving our bags at a storage place. Had never encountered this type of service but our flight arrived very early and we had all day to explore the area before we could check in to our airbnb. It did seem sketchy based on the look of the place but it wasn’t. Turned out to be the perfect solution for us and our bags were safe. We didn’t even have locks on our bags and I realized about half way through the day I left something valuable in a bag. It was safe, nothing was messed with. Would use again!!
