The address and Google Maps link provided in the app is accurate. We were able to find the luggage storage easily. They use their Bounce App to get the QR code then took a picture of our bags. They also used a luggage tag - half tied to your luggage, other half is given to us. I felt that our luggage is secured. If ever we will be in Chueca area again, I'll use their services again.

I liked the fact that it saved me from having to walk the mulatto all over Madrid by paying a small price, but it made me a little insecure that the suitcase was not in a locker but with a steel cable, but I would recommend it
