I had booked a tour that started right outside the hotel. So it was a great solution also because it is located in front of the train station.

So easy to drop off our luggage so we could enjoy the city. Staff was friendly and professional. I felt my luggage was safe and secure.

Tiny bit slow and I had to wait when collecting

It is a practical and fast service

We used Bounce at Novotel in Parma right next to the railway station and it was so easy and straightforward. Definitely will use it again. Such a handy option to drop bags off and free yourself to walk around for awhile without being hampered by cumbersome luggage bags all day.

The location is great but it would be even better if the directions were explained in a clearer way. Only when I asked a policeman did it become apparent how close the hotel was.

The person helping us was amazing. We didnt’ know about Bounce but she showed us and helped us with all the steps. The other staff also helped us with a map. Woudl happily stay at that hotel and use this service in the future.

Close to the train station

We went on a tour and were picked up outside NH Parma. We didn’t actually stay at the hotel but had to check out of our AirBnB before the tour. It was so convenient to store our luggage and then grab it after the tour and walk straight to our train to Milan.

It would be more convenient to apply an hourly rate.

Registration process etc but I thought that with passport and credit card it would be enough, thanks to the hotel's wi-fi and the help of the staff quite easy, I was able to enjoy my day

It's perfect. Just a bit difficult to find NH Parma hotel. But afterward it’s very convenient to take the train. It is very good. Just a little hard to find NH Parma. But then very practical for taking the train

Great service, very helpfull and friendly staff. Our main problem was with Google Maps. Wanted to take us on a 15 minute route, when NH Hotel is only 5 min away from platform 1, when you get proper directions. My advice is go down to -2 level where the road\ busses are, walk inside, effectively, under the tracks to the end of the building. Look up and out slightly to your right and you will see the NH sign on the building across the road. Simple from their. Staff gave us advice for walking into city centre to have a quick look around between trains.

Once we found the place, the instructions were not clear (very small print) that you needed to go NH Hotel, then everything was smooth and easy,

good service, very friendly staff, they let me pick up my luggage at two different times without any problems. a little expensive in my opinion (around €6 per day); they should perhaps insert non-daily rates in order to make the price fair even for those who leave their luggage for a few hours
