  • Very close to Shibuya Crossing and the train station. We stored our luggage there for 3 days while we took a side trip to Yokohama/Hakone, and just wanted to travel light. This is a karaoke place which is good, since it opens for long hours. For luggage storage, the front desk staff was super nice and helpful. We showed the QR code (we pre-booked on Bounce), and check in/check out was super fast. They saw that it was raining hard when we picked up our luggage, and gave us 2 umbrellas for free!! That is EXCELLENT service. 5 stars. Will use this place again!!

  • Was desperate, as all the station coin lockers were full. Googled this place, right in the heart of Shibuya. Didn’t realise it offered luggage storage from outside. Hadn’t booked but they helped me do that instantly. All items in tact upon pick up. Very pleased.

  • It’s a little confusing trying to locate the spot but once you do it’s really easy. Be sure to keep the tags they give you when you turn in your luggage. I misplaced mine and it cause a lot of confusion. Luckily I found it and they helped me quick. They are super helpful and nice

  • I dropped off my suitcases for a couple of days twice, and they returned everything in good condition (once I arrived an hour earlier than I'd indicated, and once later). The staff were polite! They spoke English through a translator, but they understood.👍
