Was desperate, as all the station coin lockers were full. Googled this place, right in the heart of Shibuya. Didn’t realise it offered luggage storage from outside. Hadn’t booked but they helped me do that instantly. All items in tact upon pick up. Very pleased.

It’s a little confusing trying to locate the spot but once you do it’s really easy. Be sure to keep the tags they give you when you turn in your luggage. I misplaced mine and it cause a lot of confusion. Luckily I found it and they helped me quick. They are super helpful and nice

I checked in my suitcases twice for a couple of days, everything was returned in good condition (once I arrived an hour earlier than indicated, once, on the contrary, later). Polite staff! English through a translator, but they understand👍

Was great, little hard to find at first but everything was brilliant.

We where going to onsen town 4 hrs up north from Tokyo, for two days, and instead of hauling the big luggage’s we just stored them here, very convenient.

Could not of asked for a better experience When travelling can be quite stressful bounce made it all the much easier

To be honest, I didn’t know how legit this was going to be but I was SUPER pleased with the service. I was able to leave 6 suitcases and a car chair with this Karaoke Business in the middle of Tokyo and come back 4 days later to collect it. It’s all done seamlessly through the app which provided peace of mind. I would 100% use again.
