Used Bounce today while exploring Tokyo before our evening flight, and it was super smooth. Check-in took less than a minute, the staff were friendly, and everything felt organized and secure. We dropped off our bags near Skytree, spent the day enjoying the city with no stress, and picked everything up exactly as we left it. Easy, affordable, and absolutely worth it when you’ve got hours to kill after hotel checkout. Highly recommend for travel days.

Very nice and easy to use! Got a bit confused on the entrance, but the photos were accurate (inside the Handa Liquor Store). We showed the employee the QR code and received our bag tag numbers.

The location is convenient, the owner is friendly and polite, the entire storage process is simple and quick, the price is reasonable, and it's better value for money than using a locker. I also bought a drink at the shop. I highly recommend it to travelers who need it.

Easy to use in a trustworthy location. The owner of the store was very kind.

It's not far from Oshiage Station. It's very easy and convenient to leave your luggage. Just show them your QR code. They'll then give you a card to retrieve your luggage. Locker is in a coffee shop. The owner is amazing. Very nice and helpful. The shop also serves good food and has good tunes playing.

Really awesome! We had a long wait between our hotel check out and our flight so we tried the app for the first time and it was an easy experience. The gentleman at the cafe was really kind and helped us store our luggage. 10/10 would use again!

Simple and easy, happy with the service.

The store reacted well when we turned up early. When we arrived our bags were out front waiting for us. Just not sure if they were stored there all day or if they had only been placed there soon before.

The drop off process was super quick and easy - the patrons of the drop-off spot were very friendly and spoke/understood English. It’s also a huge plus that the drop off spot was near the Tokyo Skytree train station, because you can take a train straight to either Haneda or Narita Airport from there. One last thing to note is that the patrons sell sweet potatoes and a few other snacks here, which was great after I came in starving after my long flight lol. I would totally recommend using this service and choosing this particular drop-off spot for anyone visiting the Tokyo Asakusa area!

We were unable to get a late check out and we needed to be out of our accommodation at 10am. We were not being picked up for our transfer to the airport until 4 o’clock so we had our luggage held for us through Bounce. It was so simple and I was able to arrange for our pick up to happen where our luggage was.

Really convenient location and the staff were friendly.

Felt kinda bad cause we had 20 heavy backpacks/suitcases but they were really accommodating and nice even though it was a lot to handle.
