- Owner is very nice and can speak English. The food in the cafe is worth the value as well if you're up for toast and tea. This place is also 10 minutes from the Keisei line if you need to travel back to the airport afterwards

- The drop off process was super quick and easy - the patrons of the drop-off spot were very friendly and spoke/understood English. It’s also a huge plus that the drop off spot was near the Tokyo Skytree train station, because you can take a train straight to either Haneda or Narita Airport from there. One last thing to note is that the patrons sell sweet potatoes and a few other snacks here, which was great after I came in starving after my long flight lol. I would totally recommend using this service and choosing this particular drop-off spot for anyone visiting the Tokyo Asakusa area!
