By the time we got there it was 7 bags (my wife and daughters went shopping) and I tried to pay him more to allow for it. Instead he said ‘these two are a bit smaller, we’ll call the two of them 1 bag’. I don’t expect old fashioned service anymore, but he delivered it, thank you.

It was so convenient to have our luggage in a safe place before we could check into our accommodation. Luckily, I found this hotel about a 4.5-minute walk away that did offer luggage storage, which was available even to non-guests (¥750 per piece). The location was also very close to JR Uguisudani Station! It was really convenient!
