- Don't doubt it, it's inside the Big Echo Karaoke bar! I searched the map for ages and couldn't find any reviews 🤣 Once inside the karaoke bar, pre-purchase your ticket online, then show your QR code to the counter and staff. Your luggage will be placed in an open area next to the counter; it's usually not crowded, and there's even a smoking area (a small but welcome convenience in Japan?!). It's super convenient for exploring Ueno. Otherwise, the lockers and luggage shops at Ueno Station in Keijo are often packed.
