Luggage storage Big Echo Ueno Station Store

It's great that you can drop it off and pick it up with a very simple process. If you get off at Ueno Station, this is the place.

An impressive experience of leaving a suitcase here, I was late to pick it up because of the shinkansen delay and then an email to bounce said it was okay to be taken late as long as big echo karaoke ueno is still open. It should be taken at 20.30 but we take it at 23.30. My suggestion is to book through the bounce application. The location is near the kesi ueno train station which is connected to narita airport

I ordered my tickets off the bounce app and definitely got worried since it says this place is closed on Saturdays, but right when it hit 10AM the gates opened! The staff there are very kind and depending on the Time you come can be overwhelmed with karaoke but 10/10 experience

Excellent location and service.

Whole process was super easy - dropped bags with QR code, pick-up with QR code. The attendants take a photo of your bags on arrival and then verify you're taking the right ones. Bags aren't locked away, but attendants are right there so I had no issues. All very easy and straightforward. skyliner train is right across the road

We came here on Saturday and was worried since online it says this place is closed however they are open! They open at 10AM and close at 12AM so make sure you get your stuff before those times! To note this is a karaoke place, the staff were great and the suitcases were ready when we arrived!

The place is easy to find. The process is very seamless. The location is super near Ueno Station pond exit. The place is clean and there is a dedicated space for the luggage.

Perfe t location across from the Keise Skyliner station. Extremely easy to check in and iut. Highly recommend.

Don't doubt it, it's inside the Big Echo Karaoke bar! I searched the map for ages and couldn't find any reviews 🤣 Once inside the karaoke bar, pre-purchase your ticket online, then show your QR code to the counter and staff. Your luggage will be placed in an open area next to the counter; it's usually not crowded, and there's even a smoking area (a small but welcome convenience in Japan?!). It's super convenient for exploring Ueno. Otherwise, the lockers and luggage shops at Ueno Station in Keijo are often packed.

Everything was easy, needed to online pre book first, then show the qr code of your booking to the staff and they take care of everything. Easy, fast, reliable and the location is amazing. 800 yen for half a day for an L luggage is also amazing price.
