  • Located just a 3-minute walk from Keisei Ueno Station, it is convenient to store your luggage after checking out of your accommodation and catch the Skyliner. I also liked that there are many great restaurants nearby! I paid an extra fee on the spot to store additional luggage, and they readily accepted it. The staff were also bright and friendly.

  • Super convenient and easy. We had a large suitcase. It lasts a long time (until 6:30 pm: one price, inexpensive, around 750 yen). It's a shop in Ueno Market (a small blue "Bounce" flag is hanging there): the man took us to another shop 30 seconds later (maybe because he was full?). You pay online (in advance or, in our case, directly on the website), download the QR code and give it to the attendant, and that's it! You have your hands free. You give the QR code again to retrieve your suitcase. Don't hesitate!!!

  • When traveling to Ueno Station, I recommend walking along the roadside rather than crossing the market, as it is crowded. Thank you for allowing me to leave my suitcase and open it to put it in while I was on my way.

  • So easy. Keep an eye out for the blue Bounce luggage flags as Maps will get you close but a lot of shops so it can be a little hard to spot. But a really convenient service. And lockers around Ueno, particularly due to skyliner to airport, can be hard to get, especially for large luggage.

  • The price was reasonable, and there were available spaces for same-day storage. Meanwhile, the large lockers at Ueno Station were full. I was glad I found a place to store my luggage. The shop was easy to find, and the staff were polite and helpful.
