Super convenient and friendly drop off just a block from Ueno Park. We had to check out of our Airbnb at 10am but our flight wasn’t until 5pm so we dropped our six suitcases here for the day. Definitely recommended for a quick bag storage option in the area.

The luggage storage service is convenient and great! It seems like a skin care shop or something similar. The staff are so kind. You need to book through the app to store your luggage.

It's very convenient to leave your luggage at the hotel. It's on the fifth floor, to the right of the Daikokuya building, where you can hand your luggage to the staff and then shop with peace of mind.

Service was quick and reliable. The place is actually a clinic where they have some extra space to store your luggage. The address provided via maps takes you to the back of the building but the entrance is on the front. If you have heavy luggage be aware that you have to go up about four steps before getting to the elevator.
