- Super convenient and easy. We had a large suitcase. It lasts a long time (until 6:30 pm: one price, inexpensive, around 750 yen). It's a shop in Ueno Market (a small blue "Bounce" flag is hanging there): the man took us to another shop 30 seconds later (maybe because he was full?). You pay online (in advance or, in our case, directly on the website), download the QR code and give it to the attendant, and that's it! You have your hands free. You give the QR code again to retrieve your suitcase. Don't hesitate!!!

- Very polite & friendly lady. Drop off was a breeze. Only cons is need to take lift up to lvl 5. And the lift was pathetically small to accommodate 2 medium size luggage & 3 ppl

- Service was quick and reliable. The place is actually a clinic where they have some extra space to store your luggage. The address provided via maps takes you to the back of the building but the entrance is on the front. If you have heavy luggage be aware that you have to go up about four steps before getting to the elevator.
