Discover Yushima Station luggage storage

It was great to leave my luggage at the locker on the last day. My suitcase was heavy, so I left it there and visited Ueno Zoo. If you are planning to visit the zoo, don't leave your luggage here. There are huge coin lockers inside the zoo. They are big enough for a person to fit inside. The price is also affordable, which is great.

Quick drop off and pickup. Had it there for 10 days, git ot back in perfect condition, no issues.

Very good experience leaving our luggage, easy check-in, friendly staff, however the place where we left our luggage is not the same as the location indicated; the employee directs us to another nearby store.

Had a little trouble getting in to the locker. Three directions were not quite understandable as what order to do things. Quite easy to do when the order was further explained. Super easy to get the suitcases out.

Perfect! Very efficient and well located

Perfect location especially if you're catching the skyliner to the airport. You can go peruse ueno Park or some of the shopping. There are 5 steps up to the elevator. It's on the 5th floor. They saw the elevator open upstairs and immediately jumped to help with my bags. All they needed was to scan the QR code and we were all set.

Location had stairs to the elevator, which made hauling luggage a little hard. We also didn't realize Bounce wasnt a dedicated luggage storage place, and though there was an initial sign outside, there was no sign at the bar where the Bounce location was at.

All perfect, it's like 5 min from ueno station where the lockers were packed and a big que lined up. Friendly people working there.

Location was easy, but please have signs at the front door indicating which store has the service as there are seven floors and multiple businesses operating.

It's on the first basement floor, and the staff are friendly and nice.

Very good, but I think that, as often happens with Japanese people—wonderful people—who don't understand English, misunderstandings arise, especially if they think they've understood. I didn't check out today, and the storage isn't complete. I went to Karaoke Pasela Ueno-Loewe around 3:30 PM to pick up my bag because I had to pick up some things and put some away, saying I'd be back in 3-4 hours. I showed up again at 7:30 PM to return the bag, whose storage expires on October 11th, which I then extended for 1 day. The app says that the 12.9-11.10 storage is complete, but that's not the case.

Location on maps slightly wrong

I was able to drop off my items conveniently as long as I looked at the shop name and found the right floor. There was a short flight of stairs leading to the elevator, but other than that, it was pleasant.
