- The luggage storage was conveniently near the Nippori station. The google map pin provided was easy to follow and accurate. I arrived later than my scheduled time and informed the storage about this -to which they responded graciously and immediately. They also helped carry all my bags into their storage which was helpful. When I returned later for my luggage, it were exactly how I left it.

- The shop owner (a woman with medium-length hair) was very polite and provided excellent service. The online booking and on-site drop-off process was also very quick. Although it's not as convenient as drop-off at Nippori Station, the chances of getting a large locker in Nippori are extremely low, so this is the second best option!
