- The first time I used it, it was very convenient and fast. I went to store my luggage on the same day, scanned the QR code, selected the number of pieces of luggage to store online, and paid directly. The operation was simple, the storage time was quite long, and to retrieve my luggage, I only needed to show the QR code. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely use this service again next time I go to Japan.

- Since Nippori station has express train to Narita airport, all travelers have the same idea in mind. Come here, drop the luggage in a locker and pick it up later. So it's nearly impossible to get a locker here, you gotta be lucky. But services like this are available and since they are a bit less known to the public, usually there is space.

- The staff were very friendly, and even though we didn't speak the language, a translation device was available, so communication was no problem. 👏👏

- Since they don't accept on-site reservations, I made a reservation right in front of the store and was charged 750 yen for two and a half hours. Please note that you can pick up your luggage at the lotto store. Since the staff will handle the luggage, there's no risk of the machines breaking down like with coin lockers. If you can't find a place to leave your luggage at Nippori Station, this is the place to go.
