As other reviews have mentioned, they have a policy of one bag one storage unit, so if you have two very small bags or parcels, even putting them inside an open shopping bag is enough to pay for one storage unit.

- Very convenient location near our AirBNB and the Shibuya Station. There is an elevator to take to the 4th floor, which made it much more accessible with our 6 pieces of baggage. We were able to book on bounce the night before and adjust our pickup time within one hour of the scheduled drop off. The staff was friendly and they placed all of our luggage securely in a locker where they can easily keep an eye on them. Definitely useful when having a late afternoon or evening flight and wanting more time to explore before heading to the airport. Would definitely recommend and use again if staying in the Shibuya area.
