The bounce luggage storage facility was clean and the staff were very helpful The only complaint is that it's hard to find due to no signs outside of the building

Excellent service. The woman who helped me was super attentive. When I arrived, the handle of my suitcase broke, and she even lent me some adhesive tape to try to help me. I really recommend it.

Amazing alternative to coin lockers, which are always full in Shibuya. Very close to the station, especially using the overpass. Seamless check-in and checkout. Keep in mind you need to enter the building with the iPhone shop and a blue label, you won't find a Bounce label on the building front.

Hard to find theres only a small sign, its on the same floor as the iphone place should be 2nd floor

Very easy to book online and store luggage for the day in a convenient part of Shibuya! The bounce kiosk is on the 2nd floor of the MCD building, you'll see a sign right when you exit the elevator.

Hassle-free and friendly baggage storage. They kept our suitcase for a week while we travelled to Kyoto and Osaka and we had no issues. Definitely recommend!

Communication was difficult due to poor Japanese, but thanks to their kind guidance and assistance, I was able to leave my luggage comfortably. Next time you have a chance to go near Shibuya, please take care of me then too!
