We were looking to store two carry on suitcases in one of the numerous coin lockers located in shibuya station but could not find any that had slots available that were anything else but super small. Finding bounce right next to Shibuya Scramble Square was a blessing. We booked on the spot, which was no problem. Staff was friendly and helpful. Drop off and pick up super easy. Would use it again. Probably rather than trying to find a locker. Saving the time running through Shibuya Station worth the extra money.
