The guy in the store was very kind. We was even a little bit late, because Google Maps showed me a different place. The guy was very nice and helpful and he can speak English very well.

Although I was originally looking for luggage storage directly at Ikebukuro Station, it may not exist, so I looked for an alternative near the station. This luggage storage facility is only about 50m from Exit 20b and ultimately proved very convenient.

Great place to drop your luggage! Staff was friendly. Located in the JOYSOUND on the 6th floor. My only con was that it was difficult to locate as there was no signage noting it was located in/handled by the JOYSOUND, which you take elevators up to. Please add some signage! Met another traveler who was actively looking for it as well when my group was too.

Everything was very quick and the staff were very friendly. I felt very safe; we left about eight suitcases without any problems.

Staff communication was excellent! I was having difficulty finding the location and they helped me out through the store messaging system! For others looking for this location, there is no sign. It's on the 4th floor of the Mos Burger building, you enter the building from the side and the Bouncr facility is inside a personal gym. However, I only gave 4 stars because there is no elevator and I had to carry my luggage up to the 4th floor. If you have heavy, or many pieces of luggage, just be advised. Otherwise, the check in and check out process was so easy and the staff was so nice!
