We successfully stored and collected our luggage without any issues, and the staff was helpful. However, finding the luggage storage location was very difficult. Since this is also a karaoke venue, there was no visible sign or clear indication from outside that luggage storage services were available there. We stood in front of the entrance and looked inside several times but still could not find any signage or directions. Unfortunately, it was raining heavily, and we got quite wet while trying to locate the correct place. Adding a clear sign outside the building and better directions would make a big difference, especially for international travelers visiting the area for the first time.

It's on the 8th floor of a building near Ikebukuro Station, with a GU store on the first floor. The reception is right there as soon as the elevator doors open. I was able to check in my luggage smoothly.

They were flexible with picking up time, we had no problems whatsoever. The price is reasonable and conparable to storing in the coin locker. So if you need to keep luggage somewhere for longer than 3 days, its a nice option

Very convenient

The service was excellent, and communication was smooth. There’s a small sofa available for briefly sorting through your things (though when it’s busy, it might get in the way of guests arriving for KTV rooms). The drop-off is at the local KTV reception desk rather than luggage lockers, so they charge strictly per item. It’s very easy to find with street-level elevator access. Overall, it’s extremely convenient and highly recommended!

Very easy to find!! The staff held our bags for a couple of hours before we headed off to the airport. Everything felt very secure and pick up and drop off was seamless.
