I went there looking for a place to leave my bags with no reservation but the staff member helped me out, I downloaded the app and looked for the location and was able to book it only issue was the location on the app was slightly off but sometimes happens with Google apps all the time cost was just over what a large/medium locker cost at a train station

  • It was raining heavily the day I checked my luggage, and the staff at Big Echo were very considerate. They dried both suitcases with towels before storing them. Also, I had booked online, so all I had to do was show the QR code to complete the process, which was very convenient.
