Luggage storage Ikebukuro Station Proximity

Staff were friendly and knew what they were doing, luggage seemed to be in a secure location that only staff could access and they had a system where each bag was assigned a number and you got a ticket for that number which you had to hand in. Location was a little confusing to find but some quick research tells you exactly where it is

The receptionist was very helpful! The location was easy to find, and the usage fee was reasonable, so I would like to use it again.

Smooth drop off and pick up. However needs more signage, on the 6th floor. Figured this out due to other reviews. However there isn't even signage in the business that this is a bounce location.

6F at Joy Station

I was able to leave my luggage near the station.

Great place to drop your luggage! Staff was friendly. Located in the JOYSOUND on the 6th floor. My only con was that it was difficult to locate as there was no signage noting it was located in/handled by the JOYSOUND, which you take elevators up to. Please add some signage! Met another traveler who was actively looking for it as well when my group was too.
