The actual location we used was seamless, affordable, and super easy for both drop-off and pick-up, even with a large amount of luggage for our group of six. The only frustration was with the app. It kept directing us to smaller locker-style locations that couldn’t handle our bags, which wasted some time. If you have a lot of luggage, I’d recommend double-checking the location ahead of time and going with a larger staffed spot. Once we found the right place, the experience was excellent. The staff were helpful, and everything went smoothly. I’d definitely use them again, just with a little more planning upfront. Make sure you look for the big echo Shibuya location and booked directly through Google not the app or their website, the easiest most seamless way.

- Looking for large enough lockers for two suitcases and two backpacks, I came across this provider thanks to good Google reviews. It's a two-minute walk from Shibuya Station. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly. The prices are significantly higher than for regular lockers. We paid around €20 for one day of storage, but it was well worth it. We would definitely go there again.

- awesome service! couldn’t find a locker for my large luggage on a sunday and saw this service on google maps. this service was perfect and a godsend! just head to level 3 to big echo’s reception counter, and show staff the QR code. they will just scan it and help keep your luggage/bags. will try this service again at the same location, or in any other locations!! highly recommended :)
