Luggage storage Shibuya Station Hachiko Exit Dogenzaka

My hotel check out was at 10am and I needed a place for my bags until it was time to head over to the station. Easy to book, to location, and the service was great!

I was looking for a luggage storage spot and found this one right in the middle of Tokyo, so I used it! It cost 850 yen, and it's convenient to book in advance. I didn't know that, so I scanned the QR code on the spot and booked through their website, and it didn't take long! Best of all, it's open 24 hours. The staff were busy because they operate alongside a coin karaoke place, but it was still fine! It gets easily confused with the gacha shop on the first floor, so make sure to go up to the 3rd floor from the elevator right next to it!!

Really close to Shibuya station! Finding it is a little tricky, the elevator is at the corner of the building, not where marked on Google Maps.

Easy to get to and wonderfully convenient. Belongings were delivered back in the same condition when dropped off.

Love Bounce! Has been a lifesaver on many trips across the world and Tokyo is no different – this outlet is accessible by elevator (don't be fooled by the signage across the street, look for the building with a convenience store on GF at the lift lobby) and has a bathroom that you can use in urgent situations. Staff here are helpful. I didn't know this previously but you can also adjust the pick-up timing (up to one hour?) without charge on the app. Much appreciated!

Very seamless service from booking online, through drop off and pick up. You just show the QR code for both. Made exploring during the day between moving hotels a breeze.

Needed a place to store luggage for the day and Bounce was the perfect place! I was able to book a same day reservation, the process was so smooth, and they even allowed you to change minor details such as adding more baggage or extending your pick-up time. Directions were straight forward. Take elevator to the 4th floor and from there they”ll take great care of you!

Pretty easy to find, but a little chaotic. Mainly used this location because it had a lot of reviews. When you drop off and pick up the staff is also attending to their karaoke clients so there’s a little bit of waiting, but it’s not a huge deal. I stored two suitcases and a pretty valuable guitar here for two weeks and although I wasn’t 100% sure it was all safe while I had it stored there, I wasn’t pleasantly surprised to get it all back just how I left it. Would use again!

I picked the wrong store but they helped me transfer to the correct address with no problem.

it’s a bit hard to find (it’s the karaoke place on 4th floor), but once you find it, it’s very smooth process. the staff there are very welcoming and accommodating. i would recommend this place to my friends.
