Take elevator to 4th floor

Very convenient location near our AirBNB and the Shibuya Station. There is an elevator to take to the 4th floor, which made it much more accessible with our 6 pieces of baggage. We were able to book on bounce the night before and adjust our pickup time within one hour of the scheduled drop off. The staff was friendly and they placed all of our luggage securely in a locker where they can easily keep an eye on them. Definitely useful when having a late afternoon or evening flight and wanting more time to explore before heading to the airport. Would definitely recommend and use again when staying in the Shibuya area.

Elevator straight up to the store made it super easy to access, employees were really nice and process was straightforward! Great location too, as it's right by the Shibuya station.
