Really glad I found this luggage storage option while visiting Shibuya! The place was easy to find, and having elevators to get up to reception made things a lot easier, especially with luggage. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and took good care of my belongings. Both drop off and pickup were quick and straightforward. I also liked that the luggage was kept in a separate, secured room that only staff could access, which gave me some peace of mind while I was out exploring. Overall, a really good experience with no issues at all. Would definitely use their service again next time I’m around Shibuya Station. Highly recommend!

Lifesaver when in between hotels ! We needed a spot to store our bags while we took pics in Shibuya and this place came in clutch. It’s on the second floor but once you get off the elevator they are there . It’s clean and you have the code to book from online. You scan in and that’s it! They are open late too, we used them about 8pm and got our things late like midnight. Only cost like 20? Very safe for Americans

Super convenient and right next to Shibuya Crossing

This storage spot was great! Super convenient location, easy to find, and the staff was really helpful and nice. We left 9 luggages and tote bags here for the day before our flight out of Tokyo at night, and had a wonderful time exploring the city all day. Highly recommend their service!
