The luggage storage process here is incredibly smooth! First, scan the QR code and fill in your information on the first floor. Then, simply use the code to proceed upstairs to complete the process. 👍 I stored a 29-inch suitcase until 11:30 AM that day, and the fee was 850 yen. 💰 Upstairs, you'll see the KTV counter as soon as the elevator doors open. Don't worry about going to the wrong place 😂, just show the staff your QR code, and they'll assist you with storing your luggage. Finding a safe and secure place to store your luggage in such a busy and complex area is truly important! A small reminder: When choosing a payment method on the website, I accidentally clicked Apple Pay, which caused the page to crash, resulting in me having to pay twice (again, using Apple Pay). I'm still unsure how to resolve this 🥹. I had a very smooth experience using a regular credit card without any issues. I suggest being a little more careful when using mobile payments!

My suitcase was a nuisance when I went to Tokyo for a pop-up event in Shibuya. I was so glad I could quickly check the availability, location, and price of luggage storage online! Although a reservation is required, they actually hold your luggage for you regardless of the time, so I was able to pick it up without rushing, which was reassuring (^^)

Friendly and attentive staff who greeted us promptly. However, the signage wasn’t very clear and a little confusing. There was another business operating there so we only found out we were in the right place after asking the staff.
