There's an elevator entrance next to it. Enter through that entrance and take the elevator to the third floor. Don't confuse the entrance with the gacha shop next to it.

Location is good if you will use Shibuya Station. I recommend it.

Bounce is the BEST! the big Echo location is a central location to the Shibuya crossing. It was super easy to get checked in. We even had to go back and get something out of our suitcases which they made so easy, and then picking them up and checking out, also easy! It's also fun to bring them to a karaoke space!

We were concerned as to what we would do for the days didn't trust the station lockers. Booking at Bounce and storing at Big echo was a very easy process and staff were great.

Great for tourist stopping into Tokyo for a layover. Its on the 3rd floor of the big echo building next to shibuya crossing. Staff is extremely helpful and takes great care of your luggage.
