Easy, friendly service. The storage is in the karaoke rooms on the top floor of the mall.

It's super close to Shibuya Station, I really recommend it.

Quick with good service

Entry area a little tight with group of 10 plus luggage, but staff was helpful, courteous, and did their best to get us checked in swiftly. Only hiccup was I needed to make a second bounce payment to cover backpacks that weren’t part of my original reservation, but that’s not their fault. Checkout was also quick. I’d use them again!

I dropped off my items and picked them up without any problems!

When we returned to pickup our bags it said that they had been picked up already, thankfully they still had them and that was an error on their side.
