  • A little difficult to find due to the construction work at Shibuya station, but I was greeted by a very kind employee, it was perfect!

  • Excellent service. The only downside to this location is there are stairs you need to carry your luggage. About 10 stairs and the path is quite narrow.

  • Good location for leaving luggage, as most lockers in Shibuya's luggage stations for medium or large bags are occupied. It's a bit hidden, but for reference, it's on the second floor shown in the photo on the app.

  • Amazing alternative to coin lockers, which are always full in Shibuya. Very close to the station, especially using the overpass. Seamless check-in and checkout. Keep in mind you need to enter the building with the iPhone shop and a blue label, you won't find a Bounce label on the building front.

  • Very easy to book online and store luggage for the day in a convenient part of Shibuya! The bounce kiosk is on the 2nd floor of the MCD building, you'll see a sign right when you exit the elevator.

  • Place was a little hard to find but so helpful and staff were so nice. Due to some issues I was worried that I was going to arrive back after closing time and would not be able to access my luggage. the online support team was amazingly helpful though and made me feel much less stressed and had a very quick reply time. They were also open so I was able to collect my bags even though i was a little late
