Amazing alternative to coin lockers, which are always full in Shibuya. Very close to the station, especially using the overpass. Seamless check-in and checkout. Keep in mind you need to enter the building with the iPhone shop and a blue label, you won't find a Bounce label on the building front.

Hard to find theres only a small sign, its on the same floor as the iphone place should be 2nd floor

Very easy to book online and store luggage for the day in a convenient part of Shibuya! The bounce kiosk is on the 2nd floor of the MCD building, you'll see a sign right when you exit the elevator.

Excellent everything

Hassle-free and friendly baggage storage. They kept our suitcase for a week while we travelled to Kyoto and Osaka and we had no issues. Definitely recommend!

Place was a little hard to find but so helpful and staff were so nice. Due to some issues I was worried that I was going to arrive back after closing time and would not be able to access my luggage. the online support team was amazingly helpful though and made me feel much less stressed and had a very quick reply time. They were also open so I was able to collect my bags even though i was a little late

Awesome place for luggage storage in Shibuya, great if your hotel checkout is earlier than your flight, make sure to go to the 2nd floor as it's primarily an iPhone repair facility

It's on the second floor with a board sign that reads - Iphone. There is a lift available.

It is very easy to check in and check out, and the staff is so friendly!! They let me extend my luggage service for another hour for free as well. The location is an easy walk from the Shibuya square exit but it is a bit uphill. Would totally recommend!!
